Hi, there. I’m back.

Hi, Subscriber First Name,

I've been quiet. A lot quieter than I expected to be.

I kept telling myself to wait until I had something worth saying. The reality is I had plenty to say. I just didn't know how to say it yet. So I stayed small with my words.

That changes today.

I wrote about it. The whole messy, honest truth of where I've been and why I'm back—the losses, the silence, the seeds that were quietly germinating the whole time. It's the first new Reflections post in almost five years, and it went up this morning, on the Spring Equinox, which felt exactly right.

A few things that happened while I was quiet:

I became a coach—properly, credentialed, in an otherwise unregulated industry. I'm now a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). Many of you helped me along this path. I'll be grateful for that always.

And Move Breathe Be has a logo now! A dandelion with seeds in flight—hand-drawn, dainty but grounded, chosen because it literally moves, breathes and simply is. Our community helped shape it. Many of you helped me with this, too, breathing life into this dandelion.

Speaking of the Equinox—come celebrate it with me.

One more thing: the website is in active rebuilding mode. Some buttons aren't live yet. Some pages are missing. Some things are still being figured out—by me, on purpose, in real time. I'd rather you see the work in progress than wait until it's perfect. (And I’d love to receive any feedback you might have!)

Waiting for perfect is how I got quiet for five years.
