A Tar Heel by way of undergrad and a Hoya via my MBA, I am a self-appointed change agent. I’ve created organizational capacity, built departments and teams and founded a non-profit arm. Pretty cool.
I’ve also developed strategy and distilled it into annual operating plans. I excel at top-line prioritization, decision making, gap analysis and systems-process-people review. I’ve grown the bottomline and achieved results through business development, partnership marketing and overall communications initiatives. Also pretty cool.
In addition, I love people - I find us fascinating! - so I’m good at relationship building and networking, connecting both people and the dots in-between. I’m a member of Chief - a group designed by women for women - and was recently the senior leader representative for a woman’s employee resource group. I desire to be of support to all, and in particular, to females and those who identify as.
One last thing, I’m a human and human…which might be the coolest of all. If we were stuck on a tarmac together, we’d have great conversations and a lot of fun.

More About Me
Some of my earliest memories from childhood are of “playing school”, wherein I was the teacher and orchestrated numerous classroom scenarios, complete with students, attendance rosters, seating charts, quizzes…and grades!
Years later, I am a teacher of yoga and teacher of the next generation of yoga teachers by way of being a yoga teacher trainer. I’ve earned many certifications and hold the highest credentials. I share my love for and knowledge of yoga to hundreds of students and practitioners as well as corporations and employees each year via my online business, Move. Breathe. Be.
In addition to offering yoga, I expanded Move. Breathe. Be. during the pandemic to include professional coaching services as well after having graduated from CTI and its Co-Active Coaching Core Curriculum in 2021. Combined with the learnings from yoga, I am able to help individuals tune inwards to identify and lead an aligned life.
